Work > Clementines

This body of work is derived from personal reactions to the impending war in Iraq. A four-year exploration begins with form and color in a bleak environment of fear and longing that is transformed by circumstance and intervention - a fruit with a skin, a hide that is flayed from its body, is ultimately reconstituted. This body of work explores print and imaging, soft sculpture, installation, animated moving images, and drawing.

From the Clementine Series, Partial overview, one of two galleries (gallery dimensions 9’x43’x22’), 2007
