Rubble is Another Name for Interrupted Desire
The vitrine on the bottom of the stack contains a portion of the vacuum formed plastic waste - consumer packaging - that was re-used as plaster molds to build the work from 2018-2024. The vitrine on the top contains the plaster waste - drips and spills, broken casts - that were saved throughout the process. I have since learned how to "recycle" plaster and have been casting from these reprocessed remainders.
