Timefulness
Timefulness* offers three works as meditations on change. Influenced by the erosion of a national landmark, a boom-and-bust ruin of an oil producing state, and the overwhelm of consumer waste, Timefulness considers geologic time scales, human impacts of consumption and waste, and the forces of the planet and our responsibility to it.
These works were exhibited at Indiana University of Pennsylvania's Kipp Gallery, October 23 - December 5, 2024.
*Timefulness as a title is borrowed from geologist and author Marcia Bjornerud, from her book Timefulness: How Thinking Like a Geologist Can Help Save the World (2020).
